Hi People, the game dont like my drivers in the ITT-WC.
Germany with drivers like Martin, van Tyckx (hoho) can`t
ride in this Race. please help me!!! |

What do you mean with "can't race"? Does the game crash? Are you using a db?

only simulating works, and the germans dont start. they are nowhere in
the result-table. so. i click normal race, and the game simulate... |

That sounds quite weird. But tell me, what happens inrace? Do you control them and then they disappear from the results?

ok, I try my best english...
normal start-screen. I nominatet 4 riders, I click on Controlled-race.
and the game simulate it. I cant controll nothing. |

Yes, again and again. i made some copys from that race before,
but a old rider never give up |

Is you game updated?
I am not sure but I think there was a bug in the original game regarding that race.

hm, i think so. version 1.3.1.0 is the last number.

but its impossible, i think. in german means: ich befürchte es ist nicht möglich.
i find out in your editor, that team germany
is not nominated for the WC-races. so i sign up, but the game crashed again.
so i stop this great carriere with Team Giant and kick the game in the
garbage pail - Mülleimer.
by the way- i was a big fan from your great editor, lachi. |

BTW: There are several German speaking persons in the forum, I speak German also. Maybe you want to explain your problem in German.

This sounds like a problem i've come across in the past. I had it with GB where my the game would skip the race and no GB riders would take part. "Replicated" the same thing with Germany and France (by selecting different nations as the career progressed).

thanks for that great idea. my english really is .... uh, what a shame.
okay- in deutsch.
das Spiel lief bisher ohne allzu grosse komplikationen, nur einmal musste ich
auf die weekly-saves zurückgreifen, um es wieder in Gang zu bekommen.
jetzt liegt folgendes Problem an:
ITT-Weltmeisterschaft-
Team Germany wird nicht erkannt, obwohl ich alle 4 Fahrer brav markiert habe.
Im Editor kann ich erkennen, das dort bei GER eine 0 steht, wo bei den anderen Teams eben ITT-WC angegeben ist. Dann habe ich mir das letzte Weekly-Save kopiert, im Editor entsprechend verändert. wieder ein crash.
jetzt bin ich durch mit meinen ideen und stehe kurz davor, meine liebevoll
aufgebaute Karriere mit Giant in den Mülleimer zu treten und trauernd den
Deckel zu schliessen....

@Guy van Tyckx: Versuch mal, ob es klappt, wenn Du bei einem anderen Land eine 0 eingibst, nachdem du GER angepasst hast.
Und wie gesagt, häng mal den Spielstand hier rein. (REPLY anklicken, dann "Datei auswählen"

Never found a fix, just started picking the country i didn't want to win the ITT 
Also never affected the RR, only ever the ITT. I was using the DailyDB so most likely just another bug in the barrel of bugs that is PCM

youre right, playing PCM is a little bit like coming back in the hospital 
so, I think I will using Lachis-Editor, make my Sponsors happy and delete the
ITT-WC from the goalboard. cause the like this race....

hoy Lachi, was Du mir vorgeschlagen hast habe ich schon probiert. Mit dem selben
Ergebnis. Und noch einiges andere. Jetzt habe ich beschlossen- auch und speziell
nach dem Post von TheManxMissile, einfach darauf zu verzichten, die ITT fahren
zu wollen. Obwohl ich ja einen echten Favoriten hatte. Aber es ist nur ein Spiel;
gemacht von Menschen die Fehler machen dürfen wie jeder von uns. Und mal ehrlich-
ein Sieg mehr oder weniger.... Zumal wenn einem ein so gewaltiges Tool wie Lachis Editor
zur Verfügung steht. wenn ich etwas Zeit und Zugriff auf meinen PC habe
stell ich den Spielstand gern rein zur allgemeinen Bewunderung, hihi.
Dir und den anderen Zockern und Bastlern hier eine schöne Zeit. Ich freu mich
jetzt schon auf mein nächstes Problem  |
