Hi guys,
I had an idea for a database, but I need to know if it is possible to copy the stats, palmarès, sponsors, etc., basically all the information in a current save into a new database, so to clarify, not the database itself, but instead the information from the current save.
Thanks in advance, trekbmc

Yes that is possible. You can use the excel editor for that
Just install it twice so you can copy from 1 to another .cdb
Only copy certain tables and columns though, make sure the 'career-generated' tables aren't copied over and are the default value.
For instance fkid_contract in Dyn_cyclist should just be 0, because the contracts are generated at the start of the career.
Make sure you have a backup, since it might be a bit tricky.

ok, cool and thanks for the help, I had an awesome idea for a database, so it'll be up in the next couple of weeks (although I may be asking for jersey help at some point in the near future).

Just a little,
I'm currenty watching my custom team, with 10-40+ year old African riders. Our current budget is 85 euros. We aren't signed up for any races and the sponsor is from Bermuda, I've pressed simulate until end of season and I check up on what happens every time the game stops me to confirm my empty schedule, Nibali just won the Giro, 24 seconds ahead of Froome. I currently have no control on the game.
Just a little teaser.
You'll have to wait for a bigger announcement later, maybe when I reach 2030 or so.

Hi,
I've just got to confirm something, will you be able to look at the previous years archives.
I mean for the list of winners, Season stats, Records, Exploits and Velo d'Or (cyanide trophy), can you see them for all years that the save file that is turned into a database contains.
To clarify, I need to know if it's possible to see the information in the archives of all the years beforehand.
For example, say I turned a save file in 2017 into a database, will people using the database be able to see the archive for 2014, 2015 and 2016?
Thanks, trekbmc

Yes, you can watch them in palmares, don't have the exact name, but I think it's just Dyn_Palmares

oh, I was just making sure that you could see the pages (in the game) when you went on a database made from the save.

That's one of the information you have to copy from your save to the DB.
MARSU did something similar in PCM2013 if I remember correctly. You might ask him how he did it.

Actually Jelseyh and I did, it was for CFQ_Base 2016
Copy (with Excel Editor V6 by Lachi) the following tables from your save to the db you're gonna use: Dyn_Cyclist; Dyn_Team; Dyn_Palmares; Dyn_Sponsor_Regions; Dyn_Palmares_Team and Dyn_Records.

ok, cool, thanks a lot guys.
Currently I'm looking to announce the database in 2-3 weeks and to be done in a little over a month.
