Stages in the USA, Spain or Portugal

Hi at all!

I wanted to make a tour by myself. A tour like the "Tour de France", but in the States or all over Europe.
Like I saw in a tutorial on youtube, I used the betabuilder (https://tracks4bikers.com/beta_builder) from tracks4biker.com, to create some realistic stages.
After the creating part I downloaded the gpx-file.

But for some reason, all the stages I create in the USA, Spain or in Portugal, don't work with the Stage Editor. I always receive the message, that "dem file doesn't exist". And Longitude Min. and Max. are minus something...

Well, the stages I created in Switzerland/France are all working. But I'm wondering if someone has the same problem or a solution for me...

How do you guys create stages in the United Stages? Or in Spain, Portugal?
Are there other possibilities to create realistic stages?

(I searched for a long time in the forum, but found no answers...)

Well, I found out how these things are working and that I'm only able to create with .gpx, when I have the requested .dem-files.

I already found this thread (https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_770377) to download some more DEM, too.

But even now, I can't build stages in the US or Portugal. I read in the mentioned thread that that should be possbile... at least both of the countries are marked on the map...

Help me guys! Please, every one knows how bad it is to go crazy because of PCM.. Pfft

(I'm working with Pro Cycling manager 2012)
