It's mentionable that the contract expires every 1-3 years, and when it does, you negotiate new sponsors

Try editing dyn_equipment_techno and equipment_model preferably with PCM Fast Editor that you find in the PCM 11 dl section 
Let me know if you need any help, but it should be pretty straightforward once you understand it, I guess
