Can't change the riders condition

In my fourth season I couldn't change the riders shape. I don't know why. In previous season's everything was ok. When I am changing the riders goals. The form also didn't change. How can I fix this ???

I guess you are talking about the fitness planning.
When did you try? 1st of January? If yes, try again on 2nd.
