Hello, I'm new and I don't know what characteristics are the most important in frame and wheels in every stage: cobbles, mountain, flat, sprinters

In previous versions of the game it doesn't really matter as all the equipment is the same level, but i cannot say this is the same on the 2014 version as i don't have it.

It doesn't really matter, as the equipement affects your performance of about the 1%, anyway:
Cobbles: Comfort
Mountain: Weight
Flat and Sprinters: Aerodynamics
