https://imgur.com/... as you can see there is no text below the symbols. I was pretty sure there was text here before installing the fdb database. If anyone know how to fix it leave a suggestion.
Thanks in advance |

The FDB team decided to delete the texts.
You can either install another DB or edit the texts back in.
To delete another DB:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Install the game
3. Install the latest patch
4. Install the other DB
To edit the texts:
Open the original local.cdb (which came with the game) and search for the texts, which are missing now. Then open the local.cdb of the FDB and copy the text from the original.
The easiest way to search and copy&paste might be in Excel. |

Like any other cdb file, you need to open it with an editor.
You can find editors in the download section of this forum. My excel editor was released in 2012, so you can find it there |

I have explained it already, which point do you struggle?
Do you have the original local.cdb? Do you know what the texts were before they disapeared? Both is needed to do it. |

It will be hard to help if you ignore my posts.
The table is called LOC and there are not DYN_ tables in the local.cdb.
I can only repeat myself, open the original local.cdb and search for the missing texts. You might have to re-install the game to do so. After re-installing, make print screens of all the screens where you have missing text now.
Finally you have to open both local.cdb files and copy the data from the original to the other.
Or, after re-installing the game, you could ignore the FDB database and install a reasonable database instead. |

You can try either with Lachi's Editor, that you find in Lachi's signature or the PCM Fast Editor for PCM 2011, that you find into the pcm 11 downloads section

He is asking about databases, not editors, if I am not mistaken.
BTW: I have uploaded a local.cdb a while ago. You could try it before re-installing or doing any other stuff, but I doubt it works with the FDB.
