Im starting a 2005 save with Bigassi's db im Rabobank will it be possible to change a riders name in a year or two so i could add Gesink to the game and riders like TJVG?

Yeah, u can.
For this, you just need a DB-editor by which you can work on your savegame.
You can either rename a rider in DYN_Cyclists (and overtake or change his stats) or you create a whole new cyclist (just add a new column and enter stats as age, team, rider skills (hill, flat, sprint, cobble,...), ...).
But remember that you have to create a contract for a new rider in DYN_Cyclist Contracts and so on Smile
