Interesting that you've made Velothon Wales already. It isn't an amateur race this year though - next year is the first time it has ever been raced. Will include circuits of the Tumble and Caerphilly Mountain, in some form.
You should widen the roads to at least width two though.

Since you know about this race I beg that you explain the different KoM and sprints bonus seconds handed out. It´s very obvious they are a bit more complicated than normal looking at the results from 2013 and 2014.
This is what I understood:
intermeditae sprints gives 3pt-2pt-1pt
finish gives 5pt-3pt-2pt-1pt
Climbs KoM:
category 4: 3pt-2pt-1pt
cat 3: 5pt-3pt-2pt
cat 2: 7pt-5pt-3pt-1pt
cat 1: 10pt-7pt-5pt-2pt
NOW THE TRICKY parts
bonus seconds for finishing looks this : -10 seconds, -5s, -3s, -1s
sprints : -3s, -2s, -1s
AND something like this on climbs -3s, -2s, -1s
But then someone winning a cat 4 climbs doesn´t get any points and on one stage two climb wins (cat 3) by Berry only give 3 seconds.
I can´t find the roadbook or regulations so they could have shed some light on this.
Any ideas or help ???

You're right about that. But you would have to because To write an own XML for the race. Because the race category 2.2 not once has that is not possible in my opinion. It went to build me mainly about the race and to make it known. But much maybe it knows someone else better. |

As I have done to this and many many more. They will be for DL very soon.
I will also point out to you might have switch Alberta 3rd and 4th stage. At least in the naming, but the pictures here are right.
Perhaps only a naming miss, when one has to account for thet prologue that is actually without number in RL.
I post my XML file as soon as I could figure out those bonus seconds
Letting Cyanides crazy "standard" stand on this seconds drama-race with -20 seconds win bonuses are terrible.
I have ready nice working XML on that Alberta and I am glad to picked only 1 category since ALL KoM sprints are the same in RL
actually very high 10-9-7-6-5-4-2. (strange but correct)

If you got some time over you might adjust that stage from Wetaskivin to Edmonton. You got a KoM just after the start. The stage had NO KoM.
Just one sprint at New Sarepta. that´s your first sprint.
This from a cyclingnews.com
***
Friday's 157km route from Wetaskiwin to Edmonton looked on paper like another sure bet for a mass sprint, but the ever-present Alberta winds spoiled any plans the fastmen may have had. The course included no categorized climbs and offered just one sprint about 51km into the day.

This time I present you another race from the Australian National road series. A small one-day race. The Shipwreckcoast Cycling Classic. The Shipwreckcoast race takes place traditionally a day later when the almost 275 km long race from Melbourne to Warrnambool (11.10.). The Shipwreckcoast race took place this year on the 12.10, started in Warrnambool, it went via Peterborough to port Campbell and back to Warrnambool with a length of only 130 km away. The winner last year was Alexander Ray, from the Target Trek Racing Team, Floris GOESINNEN of the Drapac Team came second. |

Well mate, that info is on their website.
https://dubaitour....
First stage is prologue,
and the mtn stage doesn´t seam to have any sprints.
DL the pdf-files I link to and you see the little notice in read, named TV.
That´s the intermediate sprints on stage 2 and 4
https://www.mediaf...prints.rar
Dubai doesn´t have much KoM, if any in the past.
Hope you can get it correct.....

You said "First stage is prologue," it was so 2014. So on the Web site of the tour, the first stage is no prologues. For the game it must be not always so realistic. Without KOM points no Jersey. |

This time, we change the continent. We are in Africa, specifically in South Africa. Today, I present the South African championships in the RR. and in the ITT. They take place in Mbombela (previously known as Nelspruit) by 2015.
Want to know more visit this Web page.
Another picture of the progress and the number of laps. |

No I think, those stages were made for PCM 14 so they shouldn't work with an older version.

We change the continent once again and we are in North America, more specifically United States and more specifically in FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS. There, a small but at least nationally very well occupied race takes place in the year 2015. The Joe Martin stage race. Cat: 2.2.
As usual, it starts with a small but heavy uphill prologue. Then 2 about 180km long stages and at the end of a long 85 minutes city criterium in Fayetteville.
I'm sorry for my really bad English
