Career game crash

I can play a single track, but in my career mode the game crashes every time when I want to play a 3D stage. Litteraly every time. Anyone who had the same problem and can help me? All the latest databases and patches are downloaded.

Does it also crash in single stage and single race mode?
Did it work before you installed the patch?
Did it work before you installed the database? (Why do you say databases? You only need one)
Did you install the database correctly?
