I would like to know how to get a jersey on the expansion pack cause I would like to see my jersey on it

Did you mean to ask how to add the jersey to your game and your DB or how to add the jersey in EP generally, so everyone can have it?

You need to make good shirts and shirt packs to find yourself in EP. There is already one Skoda jersey and a whole pack, so I doubt your jersey will be included in EP, especially because it's higher quality than the one above. You need to develop alot, to start using some shapes and different colours in first place and that's usually a slow process when it comes to shirt-making in PCM. So, good luck.

Probably, but it is still not enough. You must practice, practice, practice. And a good-amde jersey isn't still enough. When you will think the jersey is good, you will be able to create the sponsor packs, and if someone likes it then you will have the possibility to have one of your jerseys included in the EP.

If your jerseys make the EP V2.0 or the 2015DB depends on the opinion of the experienced designers in our DB team.
At this point, your jerseys simply aren't good enough. You should start using Photoshop or Paint.net instead of using Windows Paint.
Maybe you'll be able to improve, so your jerseys will be good enough for the 2015DB or any further projects.
