Daily not letting me use online

So I bought pcm off daily and yet my player key works but does not let me access the online features of the game so I wanted to know if anyone knew what I could do cause I am really annoyed

most of the times, the player key used isn't correct but since it's a digital copy of the game unlike the physical copy I have. I don't know what you can do to make it work. (I had the same problem when I first got it)

Make sure that the latest patch is installed.
What is the exact message you are getting when you try to play online?
