Can't link 2013 armada collection

I bought PCM2014 2 days ago and now i wanted to link my PCM2013 account to my 2014 one. I triple checked my password/username, they are correct, but keep getting a message something like Server Side processing error (I use Dutch language). The ports on my router are opened correctly, if this could have something to do with it....

I dont use any custom DB yet. I found a post on the Cyanide studios forums, of a person, who i think, had the same problem (my French is not very good).

Also clicked the contact tech support 100 times, but nothing happend.....

Any ideas? Servers offline/bug or something like that?

Also a tip for Cyanide, if they read this.... When i fill in the adress (when creating an account), it would be nice to know i can't use capitals, instead of keep telling me my email is incorrect.... Also the ability to copy/paste my key from Steam clipboard, would reduce the chance of failure......

Last hint: Around 1% of the world population speaks French, around 25% speaks and understands English. If you sell a game internationally (atleast in the EU), wouldn't it be more logical to make your forums and support English? Just like 99,9% of the games? So ppl can actually understand it?
