Changing budget doesn't work

I changed the budget of my team in Lachi's Editor (value_i_budget), I exported the .cdb file, move it in the folder, but when I go back to game, the budget is the same as before.
What did I do wrong ?
Thanks.

P.S. I made budget changes in PCM 2013 too, but here i seems to not work.

I try to do it with fast editor but it doesn't work. Where should I save the new cdb file?

Just open your save, that you find in mydocs/pcm 14/user/you/solo/database/database you use/last career, should be career_1 or smth, then edit the tables said above and just click save database.
