Adding a National Team to a stage-race

This is common in real-life, but I guess not possible in this game.
However being new to the game and all it´s cracks and stuffs I need to ask this.

??????

It should work like in RL with the odd rider (his normal team is not in the race) to join a national team for just this race.

I´m sure you understand what I getting at.

If not have a look at many smaller stage races all over the world and you find both National Teams and U23 Teams to bolster the starting lineups.
Recent races like Tour de Pologne and Post Danmark Rundt.

I did find a link between races and DYN_national Team pointing to the 26 teams that is in the game so I perhaps give it a go.

But better still if it´s inventing the wheel so to say ..... Any answer ???
