Lag
Daffers
Okay i fail to run this game without any lag, i am using the pcm daily expansion pack.
And have a big monitor 27 inch, (dunno if that makes any difference)
All the races are lagging really bad, and i already have everything unticked and all presets at 0..
I am curious what is causing the game to run so slow, on my small monitor it runs slightly better, but i think with my pc i should be able to run this game..
I have no problem in any other game..
I am curious if you guys know what is causing the game to run so slow, the expansion pack maybe ? or else which one of my specs might be too little..
tnx in advance for any advice

My specs are:
i5 (3.3 ghz)
win 7 64 bit
geforce gt650 2gig
8 gb ddr ram

Surely the problem isn't the computer
Anyway, try restarting the game, retick what you'd like to have and re-try.

At which screen resolution do you run the game?

Of course it should be better. 1920x1080 is a 16:9 resolution so it suits for your monitor.
Just wondering, did you ever tick Motion blur, antialiasing and anisotropy before?

i am not using those, because i think they are the main cause of lagging.. also the motion blur is really annoying.
maybe the expansion pack is a bit too heavy, yeah it's a widescreen monitor and this is the native resolution.

Expansion pack is conceived to not be heavy, there are a lot of dbs that are waaay more heavy.
Anyway, take a screen of the task manager and sort it by ram. I'm only courious to see if you are using programs that can overweigh the system and make pcm lag.
