Undo game save

As the title suggests, is it possible to undo a game save, as I want to undo some stage saves in the game and go back about two stages, is this possible?' |

You can use a Weekly save(my docs/PCM/Weekly Save) and replace your savegame with it.

I looked and that folder is empty, but I did look at what the newly modified documents were in Pro Cycling Manager 13 and saw that there were three documents saved from when I last played the game about half hour ago:
Game Centre
Pro Cycling Manger 2013
UnHandledData.dat
Is it one of these that needs to be changed? |

None of those.
You'd better take a look in this folder:
MyDocs/Pro Cyling Manager 2014/Weekly Saves/*YOUR PCM'S USERNAME*/Last weekly save (usually named Career_X-201X-X-(X)X/ |

Ok found the folder and the last saves for the Tour de France, so what do I do now?
I deleted the last save and then went into the PCM game but still found that the last save hadn't been deleted so just restored it from the cycle bin just in case. |

You have now to move that weekly save into the career's folder:
Docs/PCM 13/Users/*User*/Database/Solo/*Databaseusedforthecareer*/
Then open the game, click on load and load that weekly save. |

I don't have a career folder as I don't do a career, I just play each race I want to individually. So what would the folder be? |

The same folder. Matt called it "career" folder but it is the "save game" folder. |
