FDBV2.0 vs PCM Daily Expension

Now i am running the FDB database, i just started a custom career but it is early so i can still start over,... which one is recommended and what are the major differences ? |

I would reccomend you pcm.daily expansion pack, because of its accurate stats.
FDB is surely a great db but there's a peculiarity: high flat stats:
Every rider has to have +70 on FL category.
This, in my opinion ruins the simulation, and expecially the careers.

simulation is not important its when you drive it plays good
and there will come also a update after the Vuelta for some little bugs

It could be like you say, but simulation IS A PART OF THE GAME. When you play a career the races that you won't play with your team will be simulated. And they are usally the 66%. So FDB is a 33% good database. |

Till PCM 2013, i played with the PCM Daily.
With PCM 2014, i play with the FDB Focus V2.
To date, FDB Focus V2 is more steady. |

I'll recommend you the fdb as it's currently one of the best db's you can find. But for sure daily's db isn't bad.

Obviously as a member of a DB team, you can't view this neutrally(applies to Ricardo, admirschleck and Krisa). Nor can I see this neutrally.
What I'd recommend is comparing the features list and see what you like best.

There are other threads which compare the DBs, like this one or this one. In my opinion, there's no such thing as a ''best'' db, it's all about opinion.

I tried both, i think the pcmdaily suits me better.. a lot more sponsors and staff and the stats seem better to me. Thanks for all the response i think both db's are great but for me pcmdaily has my preference. |
