PCMdaily Expansion pack

Really like the stats and the pack itself...
but has anyone else noticed how frigging slow it makes PCM14 run?!?!?
I was using ASO and it is a bigger file but runs much much quicker...
?? |

Don't think so, the first thing that the daily's guys didn't want to happen was slowin' down the game.
In my opinion (and I've tested FDB, PackIta, ASO and FCD) it is the one that slows down less the game.
I was very surprised in which few time it loads the races, way less than FCD and FDB, mainly.
Of course, it depends of the pc you have. I haven't got a super pc, but I still can enjoy good graphics and fast loading times.
It is a very subjective topic. |

I played both and managed to "simulate" between my teams races and it was very very fast... NOW I have downloaded PCM.Daily and it is HORRIBLE slow... the graphics and in game is perfect still... just day to day... is poor.

There's no way it is because PCMdaily, as it is one of the lightest DBs out there, especially compared to A.S.O. You definitely changed something (perhaps not intentionally, but still...). Maybe it is because you installed Daily over A.S.O or something like that. Try installing Daily DB on a clean game (make a full reinstallation).

Love the expansion pack, altough i made a custom team, i have the miche super something wheel and it doesn't show.. my bike doesn't have wheels..
all other wheels of other teams are shown correctly! |

The singlerace DB has June 2014 NC champions, while the career has 2013 champions.
Also, the singlerace DB has stagiairs added to the teams.
Career DB is therefore more realistic and is recommended for a career

Question regarding Jacky Durrant Sponsorship pack.
Is it as simple as dropping his files into the games sponsorship folders? or would it be wise for me to wait for V2 of the expansion pack?

We aren't sure if we'll do it for V2, anyway installing his sponsorkits is quite easy, just extract the folders in a new folder called NextGen Sponsorkits that you'll put into your game folder and run the installer. The full instructions are in his thread

Ehm, yes. The 1.2 fixed the frames problems, if you install that while playing a career nothing will change
