Why I can´t see the faces? Is for the palmares?

Hi friends I have some faces for play with him but in this game is imposible to see it! Everything I did is good and in a correct way..Anyone can help me?Maybe is for the palmares ??

I've the same pb.

I've tried to put faces in STA_tga_skin, but it isn't working in game.... I've only few faces from champions or ex-champions (from national/world championship), or leaders classification + Nibali and Rolland.

I've installed the ASO 2014 database to, but I've the same pb with this DB.

Anyone have a solution?
