How can i add a new country?

i wanna add a country to the database and i don't know how to do it.
so if someone can tell me how to do it and what tools do i need, i would appreciate,thanks!

As far as I know, you cannot add but only replace. But this has been asked and answered often before, did you try the forum search?

Adding a country isn't too hard. You just need an editor, which you will use to add a line in STA_country and STA_region.
To get flags and name to show up you need to edit the local.cdb as well. Here you should use the excel editor, which can be found in the download section.

You should be able to find a more detailed guide by searching the forum (haven't got the time to write it).

You can't add another national team without removing one though.

i did a research and i found that (like you said) i have to edit the local.cdb,but there is no local.cdb in my docs. I don't know if it's just me or there's no local.cdb in pcm 2014

fanilly i managed to do it with the one in c:...
