last PCM I played was PCM2009, now I gave 2014 a go, but I'm a bit confused about a couple of things:
1) Training: Does anybody see any rider stats development by training ? My first season is almost complete and no driver changed stats at all, even if in their profile at the training tab there is partially 5 start potential in areas I let them train.
2) Training: I can only judge training development by the smal graph in the rider profile, right ? Like no percentage of advancing to the next skill point like in 2009 - or am I just missing it?
3) Sponsoring: In half season, my sponsor suggested a contract extension which I accepted. Now I keep getting further sponsor offers, but there is no option to accept or deny them in the sponsor screen anymore. Bug or am I missing something ?
4) Sponsoring: I'm playing with NetApp - Endura in Conti Pro - if I get promoted, will my sponsor increase the wage budget, or will it just stay the value I had before because of the contract extension. Generally, is there a best time to sign with a sponsor? Do incoming sponsor offers disappear after some time or can I just collect them and select the best one at the end of the season?
5) Scouting: Does sponsoring talents I scouted actually do something in 2014? In 2009 it had no effect and was wasted money.

3) It will continue like that. Rather a bug.
4) Sponsor budget is based on sponsor hapiness mostly, try to fulfil the sponsor goals and/or win much races.
