Changing routes with PCM.daily's Expansion Pack V1

Hi!

I downloaded PCM.daily's Expansion Pack V1 https://pcmdaily.com/infusions/pro_dow...hp?did=819 and used the database to my career mode. I have just started the second season but no races have changed their routes which I'm very disappointed over! Do you know how to use the stages from expansion pack V1? Rigth now the stages are located at /C:/programmes/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - season 2011/CM_Stages
