Some files were missing in the game, so i decided to uninstall than setup again. When I click uninstall this happens : ''Are you sure you want to perform deactivation on this computer? You will not be able to use the purchased copy until it is reactivated.''
I need to enter the activation key again to play or something else?

Just means that you have to re-activate it again.

If you plan to re-install, then you don't need to deactivate the game, and then you don't need to activate the game after installing.
