Issue with strategy screen

Hi, I'm playing carreer and whenever I do a stage race and change the team strategy(screen right before you choose "quick simulation" or "3D race" ) it will reset on the next stage. So every stage I need to set my strategy back (so change leaders and helpers and orders).
Is this a bug or intended? Can I change this somehow so it remembers the orders from the previous stage?
It's realy anoying to set these all the time, espescially for those smaller races I just want to get over quickly.

Ask Cyanide if it is intentional but it was not like this in previous games, so I guess it either is a bug or more Cyanide stupidity.
