Game crash in the first race of 2014 and every race

I started the 2nd season of the game and i play on PCM.daily Expansion Pack database. When I want to play first race of the season (Australian Championship) in 3D the game crash. It's similliar, when I skip this race and started another - Santos Tour Down Under. In both of this races the game crash, when the team textures are load. Is it possible, that there is a problem with team jersey's anyone of the team, which is new in the 2nd season? The new teams are for example Lipton Ice Tea Felt and Banco Santander. I'm sure, that I don't edit any file which is in folder of database. Is it possible? How I can resolve this problem?
