help me ! How I increase the endurance, the resistance and the recuperation of my rider ? Training what ? TT ? Stage Races ? please help me !

Are you using unchanged training table in your database?

If no, have a look on that:
3 means higher training skill increase whereas 0 means a lower one

but on hills they still not increasing stamina

Do not forget that skill increase is fast when skill is low and low when skill is high (there is a linear coefficient).

To summarize what drives skill training:
- The lower the skill is, the fastest it will develop
- Training table (as detailed above)
- Coach specialities

And for rider:
No more star in the skill: no more increase
Age of decline: possible skill decrease

You can edit DYN_Cyclist with an editor if you want to get sure that skill decimals increase.

You got all in hand.
