My game does not work

Hey guys.
I have a problem with my PCM.
Every time I press the single player and so on career. Then comes the message that PCM has stopped working. Why might that be?
I have it over Steam.
With pcm 13 version I could play it for six months and all of a sudden came the same problem in 13 And this is still in pcm 14 Some who know what it can be?

The first thing you should do in Steam is Verify Game Cache Files
If that does not help, you should give more information: Did you install a database or any other stuff for this game? Did PCM2014 work before or never? Did you find a solution for PCM2013? |

I verify the game cache files. It did not matter.
I never found a solution for PCM 13 and PCM 14 has not worked for me yet. And I do not have any databases or some other things.
I really do not know what it might be .. |

Check in "my documents". Do you see a folder for PCM 14?
Can you play other games? Can you play other games from steam? |

And yes I have a PCM 14 folder in Documents |

Could it be something in Steam can create the problem?
I have just installed the game and then gone in and pressed single player and career and then it stops working |

I doubt it is related to Steam.
I think I have read about your problem before but I cannot remember where or if there is a solution to it. Did you try the forum search.
I recommend that have a look in the official technical FAQ and you should also contact the official support of the game. (Contact info is in the FAQ). |
