How can I change my budget? I want to earn more money in my career because I want new riders. I use lachis editor (pcm 2014)

Fulfill the sponsor goals or sign a sponsor who is willing to pay more.
Both will change the budget for next year.

Earning money (on race results) does not increase your budget.
