Crash in career when trying to play or sim a stage

Hi pcmdaily!

I'm having the most annoying problem with my PCM13 game. I'm in the year 2017, using 1.0.4.0 and PCMDaily 2014 DB. When trying to play a stage of the TDF (TTT) or trying to simulate it, the game crashes - every time Sad

Anyone has any idea of what might have gone wrong? This is the first time I encounter such problems with this career.

Is that TTT a cobbled stage?

Still, I am pretty sure that's the problem. I recommend that you replace the stage files with the files from a TTT you know is working.

Uh nice, didn't know you could do that. Anywhere I can read exactly which files needs replacing?

The files are in a folder called CM_Stages. Look at the file names to determine, which race, stage and year it is for.

The TdF stages should start with "top_tdf_". For example top_tdf_01_2014 would be the first stage of the TdF in the year 2014.

If there is no file for the year 2017, maybe you can find the which variant it belongs to by looking at the TdF stages in the single stage mode.
Or you have a look in the save of your career but that's beyond my knowledge.

In that single stage mode you should also be able to find another TTT stage.

To replace the files, just move the original file to another location so that you don't lose it. Then copy all the files of the other stage and name them accordingly.
