What are you looking for?
Since you were looking in the Salita Team Packs, I assumed you realized that I make equipment  and being you are from one of my favorite cities growing up, I am inclined to make your stuff 
I need to see your maillot to help match colours and sort out sponsors.
I also would need to know:
a. What bike brand you want;
b. Your helmet brand; I have created some 30 various brands

It should be nicer that some one find out how to import your own equipment because of the new system it is hard and it is not done so far as i know |

i want to replace team equipments with my own in career mode. That´s working. |

I am sure there is a solution to adding equipment.
Most of the time everyone waits for PCMdaily database team to sort it out. However, the database team is different from previous years and will need a little patience to sort themselves out |

The road Race5 helmet is a completely new build:
The set of wheels are old ones I made but seem usable:
All _d files are being upgraded to the 1024 format from 512 style except the wheels.

Not sure about what you are referring to with the giant shimano frame in Cérvelo colours?
Are you asking me to make a Cérvelo frame for Garmin or making a Giant frame with the Cérvelo style writing? |

I know it has been asked before, but I would appreciate if someone could explain how to implent the helmets into a DB. I had no problem with the old system, but I cannot find my way around the new one. Because surely someone must have found the way. |

He just recoloured the Giant frame I made, with Bikefreak's NIF file.

As you said, ozzie ( from BWiggins original) made a beautiful Giant frame, maybe you should ask one of them if he can make you one in the Garmin colours.
For me, when ozzie makes equipment, and vis-versa for him, we tend to avoid overlapping projects. For this reason Giant frames have never been a priority for me. I also tend to make my equipment as similar to the real thing as possible, albeit with the fantasy teams colours and logos.
Conversely, Garmin will be riding on Cannondale frames next year so anything else would seem redundant
