I have deleted my pcm 13 on my computer and with an accident also my download mail so how can I get it back?

First step probably would be to write an email to the Cyanide support / focus support where you bought the game.

As you have deleted that mail with the activation code, you should give them as many information as possible to match the information such as name, birthdate, email etc.
