Equipment contract dates?

Hi everyone,

just a couple of quick questions:

1) at what point in the season do you begin negotiating contracts for next season equipment suppliers?

2) When trying to renew my own riders contracts it says I cannot until June 21, as with signing riders from other teams. Is this right? as it appears that other teams are renewing some of their riders.
