I am playing 2nd season, but I don't know some things about young riders:
What means the option "Trainee", then I sign the contract with young rider?
What gives the sponsoring for young riders?

When you sign him as trainee he will come to your team in august.
Sponsoring is a waste of money.

Instead of creating a new thread I just ask here, is sponsoring waste of money in PCM 14 to? I guess so, but you never know before you ask....

I doubt you will get a reasonable answer due to many reasons.
1. Wrong forum
2. Most veteran gamers avoid that function
3. New gamers might not question its functionality
