I want to open port 17851 UDB.
Do anyone know where I can find the tings I am missing

Local IP Address: Is that the adress under "IPconfig", default gateway?
Local Start Port: Where can I find that?
Local End Port: Where can I find that?
External IP : Where can I find that?
External Start Port: 17851
External End Port : 17851
Protocol: UDB
Description:"Just what I call it"
