i've bought my game in poland but i've moved to london for a couple of weeks maybe months to work there. And I desperately want to play PCM 13 Smile but my cd key unfortunately dont work in this region ;/ can someone help?

As far as I know the key is international, so it must be another problem.
What exactly is the message you are receiving when entering the key?

so another question, is serial number the same as activaton key? cause they ask me for serial number.

if yes they say that "the serial number used does not allow activating application from my region. most likely, it is intended for product sales in other regions" and they say that i should contact support to obtain serial number for region that i'm currently staying in.

Seems I was wrong about the key.

But they already told you what to do: You should contact support to obtain serial number for region that you're currently staying in.

We are not the support, so we cannot help you any further.
