Last year the PCM.daily Real Name DB came out 25. of June. Will it come close to that early this year also?

I said that there will be no prediction until the release date is know, if that was your question. And since we don't know when the patch will be released, we also cannot answer the second part of your question.

I wouldn't be too worried about it yet. Seriously there are already a half dozen real name DBs available for you to play a career mode that isn't functional right now.

It makes sense that they want to wait for the upcoming patch, i know they waited for it in recent years too and the game is unplayable so no reason to release it just yet. But i don't get why they don't give out any news about the DB at all until the last week its been really frustrating recent years.

To be fair I didn't even see an announcement on whether PCMdaily was or was not going to create a real name DB. Last year was a one-off compared to other years, so it's pure speculation to ask when is it going to be released (since there isn't even any guarantee that there will be a real name DB).
There will, near certainly, be the normal Expansion Pack, but as you probable know that is only released after the last patch, which is still some weeks ahead.

In the last 2 years, Daily had to wait for Cyanide concerning the last patch; in 2012, Cya released the third patch in end-July and then announced a 4th and last patch... which never came (Cyanide called it off and said they had never announced it). Thus Daily finally released the DB on September 10th... just for Cyanide to release a 4th patch in October  Same for last year, patch 1.0.3.0 came on July 26th and there were still huge bugs, so there had to be another patch, which once again took forever to be released (September 26th). So while it's true that Daily usually doesn't like to speak a lot about release dates before it's in fact released (so that the release date isn't postponed and postponed like with other databases), in the last couple of years most of that should in fact be accounted to Cyanide Hopefully it'll not be the case this year, unless Cyanide decides once again to take the month of September as vacation
