Hi
I buyed pcm in cd version so not from steam,
there is one code called 'product code', i used that key to activate the game and that worked fine.
But when i create a profile in pcm 14 and i put that same key there and i click on multyplayer it says 'player key was not found'.
I typped it correct and that key i use is the only key i have.
please help me

So you were able to create a profile but you are not able to play multiplayer?

yes and i can play singleplayer but not multyplayer because as i said it says 'player key was not found'

I remember having problems with this in older versions aswell. Aren't there 2 keys? Like an activation key and a player key? Perhaps try it with caps-lock on? Good luck.... |

Since last year, the same key is used to activate the game and to create a profile.
According to wouty006 the problem is not when entering the key. He cannot start multiplayer games with his profile. |

I noticed that the key I use it the 'product code' but at create profile it says 'player key' so maybe that is not the same but i only got the product code |

I think if have the solution my pcm didn't install the latest patch 1.1.0.1 so maybe after i downloaded it it might work |
