Problem with career mode 90 DB

Hi guys I did a 1990db for pcm14 but I have a problem in the career mode.. I can´t play any stage because everything is simulated and I can´t find the error, so I post here my db for someone who knows how to fix this,

I Think in some point is deactivate because the db works fine

Did you try this:
1. Copy and rename the official DB and put it into the database folder. Maybe it is a general problem.
2. Test with different teams (WT / Pro-Conti / Conti)
