Hi,
One of my riders got injury but the problem is that I don't have doctor and my money balance is red(- 21000),which don't allow me to hire a doctor.I couldn't go to the next day and don't know what to do.

What happens if you click the button in the mail?
But if everything fails, you can delete that mail in the save. The easiest solution is to delete all mails in the game, then quit the game and delete the remaining mail.

(I cannot remember the name of the table, where the mails are stored)

Deleted the mail and everything is ok.
