The nominees:

Di Luca to La Gazetta
A brilliant move to bring Cunego and Di Luca together, guaranteeing a Giro win.
Mrlol gave Smoothie Hoste, Napolitano, Corioni and 500k for him. Smoothies profited rode over a million with his selling of Hoste and Corioni, but was it worth it?

Cancellara to Accumalux
The first deal made saw Cancellara come to Accumalux with Piepoli, Cobo and De la Fuente going the other way. In hindsight, Crommy probably regrets this, considering that he was also offered Di Luca for the swiss star before Di Luca went to Gazetta. Great move for Accumalux though.

The Menchov-Petacchi Swap
You decide who gained the most from Menchov going to Carlsberg and Petacchi going to Credit Agricole.

Fabian Wegmann to Tinkoff
It costs 675k and many were skeptical, but what an awesome deal it proved to be.

Bobbie Traksel to Designa Kokken
Costing just 30,000 its fair to say that Traksel was the best bargain of the whole transfer season. He is a free agent again for 2009 but wont be going that cheaply Im sure.

Other naminations: Rasmussen to Carlsberg from Free Agency.

I offered T. Dekker for Di Luca, but Smoothie said no :lol:

I suppose it's Zutcorp and I who have voted for the Petacchi-deal? I'd still say it was good for both of us.
