I think it's better to approach a graphical artist personally, you're likely to stand a bigger chance then.

Here you are, i did my best, is not a high quality maillot, but i hope you like it. It was difficult because the pants in several photos are different, so i made a fantasy version mixing some of them.

The sponsor in the left shoulder is missing (i couldn't identify the logo), if you know which one is, let me know (and share an image) to add it or if you want choose another one.
