Team Manager Posts: 31706 Joined: 08-03-2007 PCM$: 200.00	The nominees: Robert Gesink He won the Tour de l'Avenir impressively with 5 stage wins, and went on to take 10th in the Vuelta. Benat Intxausti Was the runner up in Avenir and took top 10s in a couple of ProTour stage races, despite not being the team leader. Edvald Boasson Hagen Hagen won the Under 23 World Championships and also grabbed a stage in Avenir. Showed his long term promise with 3rd in Rund um Henniger Turm and Qinghai Lake. Vitor Rodrigues Took 3rd place in Avenir after a strong final stage, made good use of breakaways in the Vuelta to take his first ProTour points. Ivan Rovny Was a surprise winner of the Tour Down Under, benefiting from crashes to the race leader Reihs on the final stage.
