With which team I should start ? I want a team that already have good young riders but not to strong. I thinked about Bardiani, Net-App, Orica, Europcar and Lotto. I know that teams don't have great young riders, but they aren't strong and I like that. I should choose one of those ? I accept new options ! Grin

The ones you named above + Lampre (a bit too strong for your liking, I guess), MTN, Cannondale, Cofidis, IAM, Belkin, list goes on.

Just choose the squad that you like playing with the most. I enjoy all-around teams the most, you may link sprint-orientated teams or maybe climbing-orientated teams. Depends on you.
