Giro-Tour double?

Is there any kind of post-race fatigue in the game apart from the freshness? Considering I would set the training right, can a cyclist ride both Giro and then Tour in good form without suffering in the latter one?

Easily. You can win all three GTs in one year (not only saying that because I did Pfft).

Yes, on PCM it's definitely possible to ride the Giro - Tour double quite successfully Smile
As cio93 said, it's even possible to win all three (including Vuelta) with a strong rider.

Though it's important to notice that the REC stat has an increased importance in the PCM 13 game. You might run into trouble if you want to do the double with a rider with a low REC or waste a lot of energy.

Just wondered if it is a good idea to send for example my main sprinter or climber to fight in Giro before he goes to Tour as his main goal.

It shouldn't be a problem. But your fitness schedule is important, though. Don't let the rider peak too much for that Giro if you want to ride a decent Tour!
