In 2.HC and 1.HC (Except cobble races) races just 2-3 WT team joins... Thats not great in my opinion in my career. I think there was a DB though which includes a feature about this problem...

It's pretty normal. The only solution is to manually edit WT teams into those races using an editor.
If there were zero WT teams, then there would be an actual problem.

Well, it's pretty normal in my opinion. I am actually in Trentino time with my Trek career/story and I have the all teams you've named above plus Sky, OPQS, Orica, Lotto and Astana. So, it's quite random I guess.
Alternatively, you could change the race popularity in the editor.
