Screen is off after upgrade to Win 8.1

Hi,
The game is bigger than my sceen after upgrade to Win 8.1 from 8.0 so I can't reach settings up in right corner. WHen i start a game I have the same problem, I can't see the right side of then screen making the game unplayable.
Has anyone a fix for this?
Greatly appreciated if you do.

Btw, it gets weird when Focus comes in the intro. Before that it's ok. Everything else I try to do on my computer is as it should be.

I would reinstall the game. Since the client was adapted for Win 8, get the Win 8.1 version instead.

You can set the game resolution in a file called Options.xml.
Open the file explorer and type %appdata% then press enter.
The file is in the config folder within the pcm2013 folder.

I forgot to mention I have the Steam-version.
I have now reinstalled the game, but still the same.
Lachi: I can't find the file you mentioned. Actually I don't have a config folder at all...!
I do however have a config.dat - file under the folder "XML", but I don't think it's this file you mean. Besides, it looks like this in notepad:

Sorry, my bad. I've found the file, edited the resolution, startet the game and the game fits my screen. Thanx a lot! :-)
But new problem: It now uses my intel graphics card and notmy gtx-card....
Is that something someone can help me with too?

"Windows 8.1" or "intel graphics" should give some results, just don't forget to tick "result has to contain all those words". |
