Cant activate "One texture per rider"

So i installed this game yesterday with a 2013 DB, and the the maker of the DB says you must turn on "One texture per rider". I do that, and it tells me it have to restart to apply the changes. I do this, but when I return, the "One texture per rider" is still off. What can I do?

And also, the game tells me it cant recognize my video card (Nvidia Geforce GTX 760), even though it shows up in the option page.

Hmm. Maybe you could tick the option ''force graphical settings'' or something like that?
