And can you tell me how to add them to my save game as well, I am clueless when it comes to DB editing etc

I made one quickly by myself, just one question, can I just move that jersey to the folder with the normal jersey with the the nation prefix on the end e.g. _bel
will that make my rider wear that jersey once i continue my save or do I need to do something else?

No, you don't need to do anything else. If the WGG folder is named "14wanty" and if the main jersey is "14wanty_maillot", than just putting the Belgian NC (f.e.) in that folder as "14wanty_maillot_bel" would be enough.
It will immediately show in career, as well as any other kind of single player (stage, stage race or classic).
