hi i want to buy free cyclist in january but in my database(wanka) is not possible.how i can do?i have hanner converter but i don't know what do.please help me |

->Hannes converter
->open your savegame
->DYN_cyclist
->find a cyclist on your team, and note the teamID
->find the rider you want
->write down your teams teamID in his teamID |

He wants to know how to offer contracts on the date that the previous db's had, not how to get a rider for free |

sorry but i'm italian however in some database isn't possible buy free agent in january(wanka's database or pack euskal2008) but you can offer only to july.how i can change this.sorry for my english |

that's probably because Cyanide set the chance to offer contracts to free riders in January only in 2007 |

Confirmed, i changed the year in a regular db and you can't ofer contracts in January unless you're in 2007 |

nothing i have change the year but the game crash.the only solution is this
